What is AI LOGIC SA?
AI LOGIC SA (formerly Mananas G Agency) is an AI agency based in South Africa. We help founders and businesses register companies, prepare investor and bank-ready documents, win tenders, apply for funding, and grow with SEO, paid ads, social media, design, and AI automation.
Why are prices shown as a range?
Each project differs in scope. Your final price depends on factors such as the number of directors, the length and depth of a document, or the size of a tender. We confirm a fixed quote before any work starts.
How do success fees work?
For tenders, an optional 2% to 5% success fee applies only if the tender is awarded. For government grants and funding, a 3% to 5% success fee applies only once the capital is paid out. The exact percentage is agreed in writing upfront.
Which funders do you prepare applications for?
We prepare applications for development funders including the DTI, SEFA, and NEF. Funding decisions are made by the funder, so we cannot guarantee approval.
What does the CIPC bundle include?
CIPC company registration, share certificates, SARS income tax registration, a tax clearance PIN, and a B-BBEE compliance affidavit.
Does requesting a quote commit me to anything?
No. The form sends your details and the service you’re interested in. We reply with a confirmed quote, and nothing is billed until you accept it.
